St George’s Windsor

The programme is open to children aged between 11 and 15 with a minimum of a B2 level of English

Dates: 16th July – 13th August 2025

St. George’s School was originally founded in 1348 for the choristers of St George’s Chapel within Windsor Castle and has grown into a 300-pupil prep-school, overlooked by the Castle and ideally positioned for access to Windsor and the Great Park.

We are incredibly excited to bring our brand-new programme to St. George’s School in 2025. Students will have 12 hours of English lessons per week focusing on the history and culture of Great Britain with a different topic in every lesson.  Students then have the opportunity to visit towns, cities and sites that will either have relevance to the topics they have studied or historical, cultural and social importance to the UK.

Places are limited on our St. George’s programme, so we recommend booking your space quickly! Due to the nature of the programme, we require all our students to have a minimum of a B2 level of English in order to participate in the course. We will be accepting individuals as well as small groups.

Students will be accommodated within the school in rooms ranging between triple and sextuples, with most beds being bunk beds and will eat in the school’s dining room. The school also boasts a multi-use games area, sports pitches, swimming pool, outdoor classroom and other exciting arts and technology buildings.

The afternoon and evening activities be a mixture of sporting and creative activities and will, as much as possible, be full of traditional and cultural activities from the UK.

Below, you will find an example programme for a two week stay at St. George’s. Please note that this programme is subject to change. Lesson and excursion content will be confirmed shortly before arrival and the activity programme will be relayed to the students during their stay at the school and can be altered due to things such as the weather. Garden parties are much more fun in the sunshine!
